[rFactor] TCL ETCC-JTCC Skinpack 2.0 by TCL Revival Team

After more than two years and half spendt in reserching data over web, loss of eyesight and wrist cramps for skinning, the wait is over.
All the ETCC missing season are reunited! From 1983 to 1988. Plus we's able to add over 97 new historical liveries from 1983 to 1988 and many
livery fixes to a total of 118 historical accurate liveries (where it's possibile due the lack of hi-res material).
This pack provides too some pre 1986 engines, like Ford Mustang, Holden TWR (1988 specs), BMW M3, Mercedes 190 2.3 E (1986) and
Nissan Skyline GT R31 (1988 specs), wich will changes all the table values for a better real-like realism as possible..
Mainly we fix and enhanced many cars from our previous releases as some TCL originals we miss previously.
What counts that Japan has join the grid: an idea born since some european cars were brought in Japan after Fuji event.
Think it as bonus packs since it's really hard find some cars due an high lack of photos or videos or low res blurred frames.
Changed most of the misc cars into JTCC subcategory as their real counterparts.
Under this introduction, you'll be able to see only the new and fixed entries. Made again the whole entry list will be just tedious.

[rF] TCL ETCC 1985 Skinpack

Probably the most difficult skinpack, expecially by searching images, logos and infoes for all drivers. The main problem was cars race numbers.
Before 1986 numbers were assigned race by race and the order was given to the cars/team by inscription date. This mean a lot of duplicates.
For a total of 42 new entries with 45 liveries, this is the biggest addon skinpackafter official ATCC skinpack ('85 - '92).

We have decided that main numeration will follow Spa race. The others cars are a long search results by chassis numbers, photos, video and scaled models (if avaible). Here numbers were chosen by the most used number in race (or in some case, the only number used) or based on the best
photo avaible to recreate close as possible the livery.

Basically it's a huge BMW collection with six Volvos, three Rovers and 13 Corollas.
Until TCL authors will not release a better GTV6 (actually the beta is a physical mess; graphics are too) there'll be no additional Class 2 cars.
